Roquois goals are to educate Central Florida about fashion and to update Central Florida about fashion. “There are so many talented designer here that are on the cutting edge of fashion that need to seen and need to have recognition. I want to provide a real outlet for these people to have their designs seen by the public and their future clients. I want to provide a way for new models to get the training and experience they need to pursue modeling as a career as well as many other things. “
With so many “fashion” shows going on in Orlando, Roquois makes an effort to stand out but bringing many aspects of herself, her hometown of Maryland and the D.C. area, and the people she works with that are from many other parts of the world. Those aspects, the professionalism and the high quality production itself are what set Roquois apart from other fashion event directors.
“Its not about the quantity, but the quality. I may produce 2-3 shows a year, but those events are the ones out the 2,000 other fashion events that happened that year that people remember.”
